Ingredients

  • 2 x Chicken Breasts
  • 1x Onion
  • 100ml Chicken Stock
  • 75ml of Smokin' Ghost
  • 175ml Bbq Sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Maple Syrup 

How to cook Jackanapes Smokin' Ghost Slow Cooked Pulled Chicken

This is nice and simple, and full of flavour! Using a slow cooker or crock pot, add all of the ingredients in together. Cook on high 3 to 4 hours or on low for 6 - 7 hours. Chicken is done when cooked through and easy to shred and reaches 165 degrees F (minimum).
