Say hello to our award-winning Jackanapes Carolina Reaper Hot Sauce, a spice lover’s dream. A smooth, tangy sauce with mind-blowing heat, it’s made using 17% fresh Carolina Reapers from Rwanda, an extremely hot red chilli pepper measuring at 2.2 million on the Scoville Heat Scale - the hottest in the world! We’ve combined them with mango, red pepper, pineapple, cider vinegar, passion fruit, garlic and lime juice for a perfect blend of citrusy sweetness followed by the delayed kick and subtle floral flavours of the reaper chilli pepper. All our ingredients are ethically sourced, gluten free and completely vegan and vegetarian friendly. Designed to be used sparingly (seriously, it’s really spicy), it’s great with vegetables and meat, used to spice up a simple grilled fish, mixed in with a warming soup, combined with mayonnaise for a delicious dip with a kick, sprinkled on a classic mac and cheese or splashed into a Bloody Mary for a serious wake up call!
