Say hello to our award-winning Jackanapes Smokin’ Ghost Hot Sauce, a spice lover’s dream. A smooth, barbecue sauce with mind-blowing heat, it’s made using 9% fresh Ghost Peppers (Bhut Jolokia) from Rwanda, a very hot red chilli measuring at 1.1 million on the Scoville Heat Scale - the first in the world to measure over one million! We’ve combined them with tomatoes, onion, cider vinegar, sugar and chipotle for a perfect smokey flavour that really packs a punch. All our ingredients are ethically sourced, gluten free and completely vegan and vegetarian friendly. Designed to be used sparingly (seriously, it’s really spicy), it’s a great accompaniment to a BBQ. Use it to spice up a burger, sausages or marinade some baby back ribs for a sticky, smokey flavour. It’s also great added to a simple bacon sandwich to liven up your morning!
