A classic sauce with mind-blowing heat, it’s made using over 20% fresh Carolina Reaper pureé from Rwanda, an extremely hot red chilli pepper measuring at 2.2 million on the Scoville Heat Scale - the hottest in the world! We’ve combined them with fresh tomatoes, roasted red peppers, cider vinegar, garlic and sugar for a perfect blend of rich flavours followed by the strong kick and subtle floral hints of the reaper chilli pepper. All our ingredients are ethically sourced, gluten-free and completely vegan and vegetarian friendly. Designed to be used sparingly (seriously, it’s really spicy), it’s great as a replacement to your regular ketchup. Pour on your burgers, hot dogs, or use as a dip for chips and vegetables. You could even add it to a bolognese or chilli for a fiery punch!
