This collection of spicy condiments includes our mild Mexican, hot sweet Scotch Bonnet and very hot Smokin’ Ghost Hot Sauce.
All ingredients are ethically sourced, gluten-free & completely vegan & vegetarian friendly, made with fresh chillies grown in Rwanda. Mexican Hot Sauce - smooth jalapeño sauce using mild green chillies measuring 4K-8.5K on the Scoville Heat Scale, combined with tomatillos, green pepper, cider vinegar, garlic & lime juice for a super fresh, mild flavour. It’s a great all-rounder, perfect for making salsa, burritos or added to pasta or salad.
Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce - based on classic Sweet Chilli sauce, it’s made with fresh scotch bonnet peppers, a hot yellow chilli measuring 350K-450K on the Scoville Heat Scale. Combined with mango, pineapple, lime juice and cane sugar, it’s the perfect balance of sweet & spicy. Great for marinating chicken, drizzled on fish or splashed on a cheese toastie.
Smokin’ Ghost Hot Sauce - smooth, barbecue sauce made using 9% fresh Ghost Peppers, a very hot red chilli measuring 1.1 million on the Scoville Heat Scale - the first in the world to measure over a million! Combined with tomatoes, onion, cider vinegar, sugar and chipotle, it has a perfect smokey flavour. Designed to be used sparingly (seriously, it’s really spicy), it’s a great accompaniment to a BBQ.
