Jackanapes Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce is for chilli lovers with a sweet tooth. A smooth, thick and fruity concoction based on the classic Sweet Chilli sauce, it’s made using fresh scotch bonnet peppers from Rwanda, a hot yellow chilli measuring at 350K-450K on the Scoville Heat Scale. We’ve combined them with mango, pineapple, lime juice and cane sugar to achieve the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. All our ingredients are ethically sourced, gluten free and completely vegan and vegetarian friendly. It’s a great accompaniment to your BBQ, particularly for marinating chicken, plus it’s delicious with roasted jackfruit, drizzled on grilled fish or with fishcakes, used to spruce up a salad or splashed onto a classic cheese toastie - don’t be silly, it’s just chilli!
