A smooth, velvety texture with a sweet, mildly spiced flavour, it’s made using fresh jalapeño peppers from Rwanda, Spain, UK and Netherlands, a mild green chilli measuring at 4K-8.5K on the Scoville Heat Scale. We’ve combined them with British-grown apples, fresh lemons, ginger and white sugar for a crisp, punchy flavour, all ethically sourced, gluten free and completely vegan and vegetarian friendly. The perfect blend of savoury and sweet, this jam is a great choice if you’re just starting your spice journey or prefer a slightly milder tingle on the taste buds.

Now this is no ordinary jam. As well as a great accompaniment to a classic meat and cheese platter, or a delicious dip alongside some nibbles or starters, you can also use it as a base to pep up your meals.
