Ingredients
- 6 or 12 x Medium or Large Eggs
- Salad Cream
- Chives
- 3 or 4 rashers of Bacon (smoked or unsmoked)
- Jackanapes Carolina Reaper Mayonnaise
How to make Jackanapes Carolina Reaper Devilled Eggs
1. Add some salt to a saucepan of water and boil all of the eggs for 10-12 minutes for a hard boiled egg.
2. Fry the bacon until its crispy and cut up into very small pieces
3. Place the eggs in a bowl of cold water and let sit for 2-3 minutes. after which time, begin to peel the shells and set the eggs to one side.
4. Cut each of the eggs in half and remove the yolk and place in a mixing bowl.
5. Using a fork, mash the egg yolk and mix in 4 - 6 tablespoons of Jackanapes Carolina Reaper Mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of Salad Cream and the bacon pieces and mix in well.
6. Scoop the yolk back into each of the eggs and decorate with chives.
